Geghard Monastery

The unique monastery complex of Geghard is a spiritually and historically significant cultural treasure of Armenia from the 4th century. The majestic location of this monastery is particularly impressive, as parts of the complex were hewn in the rock. This architectural landmark of Armenia is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
